Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through calls and emails.
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Sales, Business Development, or International BPO is an added advantage.
