About the Role.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to support our day-to-day marketplace operations. The role involves managing orders, inventory, reporting, claims, and operational processes across multiple international eCommerce platforms while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and marketplace operations.
- Create and maintain inventory, suppliers, and sale items.
- Update stock, pricing, and shipment tracking.
- Monitor and resolve operational alerts and system issues.
- Prepare operational and performance reports.
- Process courier claims and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support process improvements and operational projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace operations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces is preferred.
- Experience with ERP/OMS/EFM systems is an advantage.

Employment Terms:
- Full-time, work-from-office role based in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.
- Minimum 2-year employment agreement.
- Security cheque equivalent to three months' salary as per the employment agreement.
- UK business hours with company holiday calendar.
- SALARY 3-3.5LPA
