About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Engineer to join our Cutting Tools Division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical sales, application support, and business development within the cutting tools industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
- Conduct technical trials and prepare application reports.
- Deliver product presentations and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Promote new products, innovations, and technical solutions to customers.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, including PCD, CBN, and solid carbide tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to manage OEM and key customer accounts.
- Strong technical and application knowledge in machining processes.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the tooling, machining, or manufacturing industry.
- Existing customer relationships in the Gujarat market will be an advantage.
- Exposure to automotive, engineering, and industrial OEM customers.
Qualification
- BE Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in cutting tools sales or technical sales.
