Position: Lead Design Engineer – Seating Systems
Experience: 6–9 Years
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile)
Location: Pune / PCMC (Onsite)
Software: CATIA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of design engineers
- Handle seat packaging, layout, ergonomics & vehicle integration
- Ensure compliance with ECE & FMVSS standards
- Perform concept design, feasibility, benchmarking & kinematic analysis
- Work on GD&T, tolerance stack-up, DFA/DFM as per OEM standards
- Collaborate with CAE, testing, manufacturing & suppliers
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
