Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team in Kollam. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, effective teaching skills, and the ability to engage students in a meaningful learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons in line with the curriculum.
Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve academically.
Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
Use innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in academic meetings and training sessions.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for students.
Good classroom management skills.
Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Key Qualification:
M.Sc. in Mathematics (mandatory).
1–5 years of relevant teaching experience.
B.Ed. (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
