Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and candidate coordination.
- Build relationships with colleges and institutes for internship and fresher hiring.
- Handle HR operations including employee records, documentation, attendance, and compliance.
- Support employee onboarding, engagement activities, and performance processes.
- Resolve employee queries and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes; knowledge of employment laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS or HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, people-first mindset.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
