Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget compliance, and timely completion.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and leadership skills to coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of real estate construction projects.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure project completion within defined timelines and budgets.
Monitor construction quality and adherence to safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
Track project milestones and resolve technical and operational issues.
Manage contractor billing, project costing, and budget control.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and project documentation.
Prepare periodic project status reports for management review.
Lead and guide site engineers and project teams for efficient execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate Construction Projects.
Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, project planning, and execution.
Experience in handling residential, commercial, or township projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and site teams effectively.
