About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer based in Noida to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our technical infrastructure and the local fintech IT ecosystem. You will be responsible for handling critical integrations with local vendors (Payments, KYC, SMS and so on) and assisting with local administrative and procurement tasks to ensure smooth business operations in India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payment Gateway Integration Assist in researching, evaluating, and integrating with local Indian third-party payment providers (e.g., any ) Bank ke third party. Develop and maintain robust API connectors to facilitate seamless transaction flows between our systems and payment aggregators. Troubleshoot transaction failures and ensure reconciliation processes run smoothly.
2. Compliance & Communication Integrations Integrate with local KYC (Know Your Customer) authorities and service providers (e.g., Digilocker, or similar verification APIs) to automate identity verification processes. Integrate with local SMS/OTP service providers (e.g., any ) to handle transactional messaging and authentication workflows.
3. Infrastructure & Procurement Assist in purchasing and managing local domain names and SSL certificates to ensure compliance with cyber laws. Coordinate with local hosting providers or cloud services to configure security settings.
4. Web Development & Maintenance Assist in the development, deployment, and maintenance of the official company website (ensuring localization, speed, and security standards suitable for the Indian market).
5. Data & Financial Automation Assist in integrating with Bank and NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) partners. Develop backend scripts/services to automate data extraction, reporting, and statistical data transmission to NBFC partners to facilitate lending/partner operations.
6. IT & Office Logistics Assist with the procurement of local IT infrastructure, including purchasing laptops, mobile phones, and SIM cards required for development, testing (SIM binding), and office setup like internet,wifi and so on.
Required Qualifications Education: we don't care about your education. We only care what you know and you really have above skill and master in what we need.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices). API Expertise: Strong experience in RESTful API design, integration, and debugging. Familiarity with OAuth, HMAC, and other API security standards. Local Market Knowledge: Must have prior experience integrating with Indian payment gateways, KYC APIs, or SMS aggregators.
Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and understanding of data normalization for reporting/automation. Web Technologies: Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to assist in website publishing; experience with CMS (like WordPress) is a plus but not mandatory. Networking: Basic knowledge of DNS management, domain purchasing, and SSL certificate installation. Preferred Skills & Attributes Vendor Management:
Ability to communicate with local vendors (Payment gateways, NBFCs, Domain registrars) to resolve technical issues quickly.
Logistics Awareness: Comfortable handling administrative tasks such as purchasing hardware (laptops, SIMs) in the market. Language: Fluency in English and Hindi is highly preferred to coordinate with local agencies and NBFC partners.
Location: Must be based in or willing to work from 132 Sector, Noida office , for ease of coordinating hardware procurement and local meetings.
