Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Tendering Engineer with expertise in building repairs, structural repairs, waterproofing, rehabilitation, renovation, restoration, and retrofitting projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender submissions, vendor coordination, and bid management to secure profitable projects while ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements for repair and rehabilitation projects.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural repairs, retrofitting, restoration, renovation, waterproofing, and rehabilitation works.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and repair drawings.
- Prepare rate analysis for materials, labor, machinery, and subcontractor activities.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions within deadlines.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
- Analyze project risks, exclusions, assumptions, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, contracts, and engineering teams during bid preparation.
- Prepare project budgets, cash flow projections, and resource planning estimates.
- Maintain tender records, bid history, and estimation databases.
- Assist in contract negotiations and post-tender clarifications.
- Track market rates and pricing trends related to construction materials and repair technologies.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, company standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support management in preparing bid strategies and improving tender success rates.

Experience Required: 4–10 Years in Estimation & Tendering for Building Repairs, Structural Repairs, Renovation, Restoration, Rehabilitation, and Retrofitting Projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
