About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Operations to manage the end-to-end order
management process and ensure seamless execution of operational activities. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for handling the complete order lifecycle—from receiving and verifying orders to invoicing,
partner document validation, and coordinating dispatch. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention
to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete order management lifecycle, from order receipt to successful dispatch.
- Receive, verify, and process customer orders with accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate invoice generation and ensure timely order processing.
- Collect, verify, and maintain partner documentation required for order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve operational issues to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Analyze operational data and business metrics to identify trends and improve processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and
- Customer Support, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Ensure adherence to internal operational processes and service-level timelines.

Skills & Competencies:
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, or Business Operations.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end order management, including order processing, invoicing, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business metrics and operational data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling operational tasks.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work with data and support business operations effectively.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience working with ERP or Order Management Systems will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
