Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production activities in accordance with the approved production plan and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report any operational issues or abnormalities to the concerned department.
- Ensure compliance with all quality assurance procedures and company standards.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with the Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Stores, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace by following all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- ITI, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in production, manufacturing, factory operations, machine operations, or assembly will have an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and quality standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, if required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
