Responsibilities:
- Manage daily factory production and operations.
- Supervise workers, shifts, attendance, and productivity.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality.
- Monitor machines, materials, wastage, and downtime.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Management.
- Prepare daily production and manpower reports.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in factory/production supervision.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
- Ability to manage manpower and meet production targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
