What You Will Do

Work collaboratively with the SIT Manager and Project team to ensure the testing processes are followed, test artefacts are generated in alignment with SIT guidelines to meet our high-quality standards.

Analyze and understand the product architecture and commercial requirements and build Integrity test plans with clear objectives and test scenarios that will validate that the needs of the player and operator have been met.

Drive your learning journey to build a solid understanding of the regulatory requirements applicable to the products you are testing.

Build Compliance test plans that will ensure that the design and implementation of new game mechanics and features meets compliance requirements.

Build plans for integration testing to ensure new game features work well with supporting technology. This includes platforms, cabinet hardware/firmware, common code libraries, and external systems.

Shall be able to work on execution of Integrity, Compliance and Integration test plans independently.

Provide good test traceability from requirements to test execution and test results.

Demonstrate sound and logical reasoning when raising issues to the development team.

Leverage appropriate testing tools and techniques and use initiative to combine and improve testing techniques to optimize efficiency and achieve our high-quality benchmarks.

Offer training and mentoring to testers on your projects. Assign work that challenges and develops their skills. Maintain the integrity of their work through appropriate shadowing and oversight.

Support SIT Management and all testers in the Wonder Hits SIT team with effective communication and collaboration to improve overall SIT process efficiency.

B.E., B. Tech, MCA, or similar.

Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven experience in software testing, including product testing.

Ability to write basic Python and VB scripts.

Preferably, experience in the land-based gaming industry or a related field.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux, C++, C#, Unity, and automation tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with global collaborators.

Flexibility to navigate changing business priorities.

Ability to work positively and collaboratively with SIT & development teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
