Key Responsibilities
1. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across assigned hospital branches.
- Ensure implementation of operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Monitor patient flow, front office efficiency, and overall service delivery.
2. Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Support initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waiting time, and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources across departments.
3. Team Coordination & Supervision
- Coordinate with branch managers, department heads, and support staff.
- Assist in staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and basic team supervision.
- Work closely with HR in recruitment coordination and staff engagement activities.
4. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to NABH standards, hospital protocols, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor basic quality indicators and patient safety practices.
- Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
5. Patient Experience Management
- Ensure a high standard of patient service and satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Promote a patient-friendly environment across all branches.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track daily and monthly operational performance of branches.
- Prepare and submit reports on key metrics including patient volume, revenue, and efficiency.
- Assist management in decision-making through data and insights.
7. Clinical & Administrative Coordination
- Coordinate between clinical teams (doctors, optometrists) and administrative staff.
- Ensure smooth execution of hospital processes and patient care workflows.
- Support implementation of new operational initiatives.
Educational Qualification
- MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Operations (Preferred)
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or related field
Experience
- Minimum 4 – 7 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations
- Experience in eye hospital / ophthalmology setup is an added advantage
- Exposure to handling multiple units or departments is preferred
