Job Summary
Star Publicity is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, generating qualified leads, explaining our outdoor advertising solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's advertising services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.
- Explain outdoor advertising solutions including:
- Hoardings
- Bus Stand Advertising
- LED Display Screens
- Unipoles
- Other OOH (Out-of-Home) Media Solutions
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable advertising options.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills

- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Good listening and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge including:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Email communication
- Internet browsing
- Ability to maintain accurate reports and records.
Eligibility
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales (Preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Punjabi and basic English communication will be an added advantage.
What We Offer
- Salary up to ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
