About the Role:
The Assistant Manager – Corporate Volunteering will lead corporate partnership development by managing key accounts, understanding CSR priorities, and designing customized volunteering engagements. The role ensures a seamless partner experience from proposal to execution while driving strong retention and high volunteer engagement.
In addition, the role involves managing and mentoring team members to ensure quality execution, accountability, and alignment with partnership and impact goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Corporate Partnership & Account Management
- Build and manage strong relationships with corporate partners and CSR stakeholders, driving 60% partner retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring 90%+ NPS and high long-term engagement.
Proposal Development & Growth
- Develop customized proposals, budgets, and impact frameworks aligned to partner CSR goals.
- Lead client presentations, manage pipeline tracking, and drive partnership closures.
Execution Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure seamless execution and high-quality volunteer experiences.
- Monitor engagement metrics and ensure delivery meets partner expectations.
Impact Reporting & Team Management
- Oversee timely sharing of high-quality impact reports, including compelling impact stories.
- Present quarterly/annual summaries and renewal plans.
- Manage and mentor team members, ensuring accountability, performance tracking, and alignment to vertical goals.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- 5+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, CSR, fundraising, or client servicing.
- Experience in proposal writing and stakeholder engagement
- Prior NGO or CSR experience is an added advantage.
