Job Description
Sri Gruha Foods is hiring a Hotel Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our restaurant. We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused individual who can lead the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant operations during the assigned shift.
- Manage and coordinate kitchen and service staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and overall performance.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock, inventory, and operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant.
- Assist with billing and basic operational reporting when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones (WhatsApp, calling, basic apps, etc.).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Shift Details
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay: ₹10,371.16 - ₹15,000.00 per month
