LBM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Telesales Executive with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Communicate products and services confidently in English.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information in the CRM.
Requirements
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Pay: ₹8,879.86 - ₹29,033.62 per month
