Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for our ERP, HRMS, and SFA software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and market development through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking
- Qualify leads using the BANT framework and schedule product demos or meetings with the sales team
- Conduct market research to identify, qualify, and target potential B2B clients across various industries
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data, activity logs, and pipeline status
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies and messaging
- Actively participate in business networking to promote company offerings and enhance brand visibility
- Stay up to date on product features, pricing strategies, and industry developments
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and MBA.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation and end-to-end sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead generation platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns
- Proven track record of target achievement and consultative selling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
