Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Nursery, LKG, and UKG students.
- Implement the curriculum and learning objectives effectively.
- Use creative teaching methods, storytelling, rhymes, games, and activity-based learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom activities.
- Assess and monitor student progress through observations and evaluations.
- Maintain student portfolios and academic records.
Classroom Management
- Create a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and display of student work.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play.
Student Development
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Identify developmental or learning concerns and communicate them appropriately.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, independence, and communication skills.
- Promote values, good manners, and healthy habits among students.
Parent Communication
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and school events.
- Address parent queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance records and student documentation.
- Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, exhibitions, and field trips.
- Follow school policies, safety procedures, and child protection guidelines.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- NTT / Montessori / ECCE Certification mandatory.
- B.Ed. preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary education.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for working with young children.
- Creative, patient, and energetic personality.
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Education practices.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
