We're looking for a business-minded operations leader to head and grow our pharmaceutical distribution business. This is not a routine operations role—we need someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can drive revenue, improve profitability, build strong customer and vendor relationships, and scale the business.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in pharmaceutical distribution, understands the commercial side of the business, and is comfortable taking ownership of P&L, operations, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall operations and business performance of Pharmasave.
- Drive sales growth, customer acquisition and business expansion.
- Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing and product availability.
- Monitor revenue, margins, profitability, receivables and operational costs.
- Develop strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team.
- Review MIS, business KPIs, and implement process improvements.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced professionals from pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare supply chain.

- Ambitious B. Pharma + PGDM/MBA freshers who want to build a career in pharmaceutical business management rather than a conventional operations role.
