Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.
- Oversee lead generation strategies and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to facilitate luxury property sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and promotional strategies.
- Train, mentor, and manage sales executives for continuous skill enhancement and growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales and sales operations management.
- Strong leadership, operational oversight, and team management skills.
