*Experience:* 5+ Years (preferably in industrial/factory projects)
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage factory/industrial projects from planning to execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality standards, and coordination between all stakeholders.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Plan, execute, and manage factory construction and infrastructure projects
* Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
* Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and regulations
* Handle site supervision and resolve any on-site issues
* Review drawings, designs, and technical specifications
* Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Prepare regular project reports and updates for management
* Ensure proper documentation and approvals at all project stages
*Required Skills:*
* Strong project management and leadership skills
* Knowledge of industrial/factory construction processes
* Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, and project planning
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management
* 5+ years of experience in factory or industrial project management
*Preferred:*
* Experience in handling large-scale factory setup or expansion projects
* Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
