Position: Site RCM
Location: Bathinda
Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery / Industrial Projects
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and monitor site activities related to rotating and mechanical equipment.
* Ensure execution of mechanical works as per project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
* Coordinate with client, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
* Handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
* Monitor manpower productivity, work progress, and daily site reporting.
* Ensure compliance with refinery safety procedures and permit systems.
* Coordinate shutdown, maintenance, and inspection activities at site.
* Maintain project documentation, work records, and progress reports.
Eligibility Criteria
* B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery projects.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and rotating equipment activities.
* Experience in refinery construction, shutdown, maintenance, or commissioning projects preferred.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to handle site activities independently.
Preferred Candidate
* Candidates with refinery project experience will be preferred.
* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
