Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in non-IT hiring, especially in manufacturing and automotive domains, to support recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles including:
- Production, Quality, Maintenance, SCM
- Design & Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Shopfloor & plant-based roles
- Understand job requirements through discussions with hiring managers and plant stakeholders
- Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, references, and local networks
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on skill fit and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interviews (HR + technical rounds) and ensure smooth scheduling
- Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and joining formalities
- Ensure closure of positions within defined timelines (TAT)
- Maintain candidate records in ATS / recruitment trackers
- Build a strong pipeline for volume hiring and niche manufacturing roles
- Drive walk-ins and bulk hiring drives if required
- Provide regular MIS reports and hiring updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Strong exposure to manufacturing / automotive hiring (must-have)
- Good understanding of plant roles and technical skill mapping
- Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience in contract staffing / third-party payroll hiring
- Exposure to volume/bulk hiring in manufacturing setups
- Strong negotiation and candidate handling skills
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
