JOB TITLE: Accountant
COMPANY: Sree Gokulam Speed and Safe Courier Service Pvt. Ltd.
LOCATION: Sampangiramnagar, Bangalore
SALARY RANGE: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
WORKING HOURS: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, relevant experience, and familiarity with accounting practices in the courier/logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and billing statements
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of GST and taxation
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in courier/logistics industry accounting preferred
- Malayalam language proficiency preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
