Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Electrical Head to lead and manage electrical maintenance activities, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, motors, transformers, panels, VFDs, and drives.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for efficient plant operations.
- Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Manage spare parts inventory, vendor coordination, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Prepare maintenance reports and monitor departmental performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in steel, manufacturing, power, or industrial plants.
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, power distribution systems, transformers, motors, VFDs, and switchgear.
- Experience in troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment.
- Good leadership, planning, and team management skills.
