Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth
- Drive Consumer Durable loan disbursements across the assigned territory in line with monthly and annual targets.
- Execute sales strategies to increase market share, dealer penetration, and brand visibility.
- Identify and onboard new CD dealers / retail partners to expand business reach.
- Ensure effective implementation of schemes, offers, and product campaigns.
Channel & Dealer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and retail chains.
- Conduct regular dealer reviews to improve conversion ratios and productivity.
- Resolve dealer grievances and ensure smooth business operations.
Team Management
- Manage and guide Relationship Officers / Sales Executives in the territory.
- Monitor daily sales activities, field visits, and target achievement.
- Provide on-the-job coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team.
Credit, Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, documentation standards, and KYC norms.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Collection teams for smooth disbursement and servicing.
- Maintain high standards of process discipline and audit compliance.
Portfolio Quality & Collections Support
- Monitor portfolio health and delinquency in the territory.
- Support collection initiatives to reduce overdues and NPAs.
- Enable proactive customer engagement to ensure timely repayments.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product launches.
- Share market feedback and insights with management for strategic inputs.
- Submit regular MIS, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Disbursement volume and value
- Active dealer count and new dealer onboarding
- Productivity per dealer / per sales executive
- Portfolio quality (DPD, NPA levels)
- Process compliance and audit scores
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred)
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in Consumer Durable Finance / NBFC / Retail Lending Sales
- Proven experience in dealer-driven sales environment
- Prior territory or team handling experience preferred
