Position: Inside Sales Executive/Specialist/Representative
Location: Work From Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with leads and parents via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain The EleFant’s membership plans, toy subscription model, and benefits to potential customers.
- Convert inquiries into paid memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper follow-ups with leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Coordinate with customer support and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans accordingly.
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Customer Engagement.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in EdTech, Subscription, D2C, or Parenting industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
