Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in software development, architecture, system design, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java/.NET, Microservices, REST APIs, Cloud, Databases, DevOps, and Enterprise Architecture.
The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and secure solutions, providing technical direction to development teams, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.
- Define High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), solution architecture, workflows, and technical roadmaps.
- Lead the architecture and modernization of applications, including monolithic to microservices transformation.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and third-party integrations.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend appropriate technologies and architecture improvements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow security, scalability, performance, availability, and maintainability best practices.
- Design and optimize database architecture, queries, data models, and integration workflows.
- Drive cloud adoption and cloud-native architecture across applications.
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and deployment strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technology standards.
- Mentor senior developers, technical leads, and architects and promote engineering best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their suitability for business requirements.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, preferably 10–12 years.
- Strong experience in Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture.
- Strong programming experience in Java/J2EE or .NET/C#.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot / ASP.NET / Web API or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience in REST APIs and API integration.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and System Design.
- Experience with SQL/relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Experience with Cloud platforms – AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Good understanding of Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging technologies.
- Strong understanding of security, performance, scalability, availability, and distributed systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
- Knowledge of API Gateway technologies such as Kong or similar.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or other observability tools.
- Exposure to DevSecOps and cloud security.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solution Architect, or other architecture certifications.
- Experience working with BFSI, Fintech, Retail, E-commerce, or other enterprise domains.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from Java/.NET development backgrounds who have progressed into Solution Architect/Technical Architect roles will be preferred. Strong hands-on technical expertise along with architecture and team leadership experience is essential.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
