HomiGo is Kannur's newest home services company, At HomiGo we are building it to Organize the field for both Experts and people who require home services, & We're building a network of trusted HomiGo Friends (our service experts) and we need someone organised and people-first to help us grow and manage that network from day one.
What you'll do:-
- Source and screen candidates for HomiGo Friends (electricians, plumbers, cleaners, handymen) through local job boards, referrals, and community outreach in Kannur.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate in-person interviews with the founding team.
- Manage the onboarding process — collect documents, verify skills and background, and complete orientation for new HomiGo Friends.
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date database of all active and pipeline experts (skills, availability, service zones, ratings).
- Be the first point of contact for expert queries — scheduling, attendance, grievances, and basic HR support.
- Assist in building SOPs and checklists for onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure expert availability matches booking demand.
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or any related field.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English — written and spoken.
- Comfortable working with people from diverse trade backgrounds (electricians, plumbers, cleaners).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding pipelines at once.
- Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic office tools.
- A genuine interest in startups and being part of building something from scratch.
