We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Visa Counsellor for our new branch office in Phagwara.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in the immigration industry as a counsellor.
- Good communication skills.
Duties:
- Handle client enquiries on the phone and in-office.
- Guide clients about visa processes and pathways.
- Maintain professional client relationships from enquiry to application submission.
- Maintain client documentation and follow admin procedures.
- Work well with other team members.
