Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Field) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through direct field sales activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable meeting clients in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct meetings.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales areas and customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve market presence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred), Any degree
- 0–3 years of experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
