The Senior Talent Development Specialist plays a strategic role in shaping, delivering, and evolving talent, leadership, and organizational development initiatives that drive business performance and workforce effectiveness. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and influence, partnering closely with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to identify needs, provide consultative guidance, and implement scalable solutions.
The Senior Talent Development Specialist brings advanced expertise in program design, stakeholder engagement, and organizational effectiveness, while also serving as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and key talent. The role requires strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and the ability to translate complex business needs into impactful development solutions.
Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of talent development programs, initiatives, and processes aligned with organizational strategy
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and HR stakeholders, providing consultative guidance on talent, leadership, and organizational development needs
Manage complex, multi-faceted programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment, quality execution, and measurable outcomes
Lead the creation of executive-level materials, including insights, recommendations, and presentations that translate data into actionable strategies
Champion initiatives that enhance organizational culture, engagement, inclusion, and overall employee experience
Ensure effective management of program operations, including planning, tracking, and resource alignment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Approximately 5+ years of experience in talent development, leadership development, HR, or related areas
