- Cost Accounting & Analysis: Develop/maintain cost accounting systems and analyze
- production costs, inventory valuation, and variance between actual and budgeted costs.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed financial forecasts and annual budgets.
- Cost Control & Efficiency: Implement cost reduction strategies and identify opportunities to
- improve operational efficiency.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including profit and loss
- analysis and cost findings to management.
- Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations (GAAP/IFRS),
- tax laws, and internal policies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with production and operations teams to monitor
- expenditures.
Educational Background and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Certification: CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 12+ and above. Proven experience in costing, financial analysis, or auditing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
Competences:
Analytical Skills Strong ability to analyze complex financial data.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent communication skills to present data to stakeholders.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
