Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Conduct client meetings and consultations (in person or virtual)
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable design solutions
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (interior design, real estate, or luxury products preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for interior design is a big plus
- Immediate availability preferred
