We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Administrator to manage and optimize our Acumatica ERP environment across multiple legal entities and business units. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Acumatica administration, financial reporting, Generic Inquiries (GIs), custom report development, and multi-entity accounting environments.
This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure accurate reporting, streamlined workflows, and effective ERP governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Acumatica ERP across multiple entities and branches.
- Configure and manage chart of accounts, intercompany transactions, and entity-level security.
- Develop, modify, and maintain financial reports including:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss Statement
- Cash Flow Statement
- Consolidated Financial Reports
- Build and maintain Generic Inquiries (GIs), dashboards, and custom reports.
- Support multi-entity financial reporting and consolidations.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to gather business requirements.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide end-user support and training.
- Maintain system documentation, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, system upgrades, and testing activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Acumatica-related enhancements and escalations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Acumatica ERP Administration experience.
- Strong experience creating and modifying financial statements within Acumatica.
- Experience developing Generic Inquiries (GIs) and custom reports.
- Understanding of accounting principles, General Ledger structures, and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting multi-company or multi-entity environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Acumatica Certification(s).
- Experience in Public Accounting, CPA, or Professional Services firms.
- Experience with Acumatica Report Designer.
- Basic SQL knowledge for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Experience with role-based permissions and security management.
