Management Trainee – Business, Operations & People
Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Initial Training Period: 4 Months
Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
Post-Training Role: Management Trainee — ₹20,000 per month, subject to successful completion

We are creating a Training & Innovation Lab in Thiruvananthapuram to develop young people into capable business professionals.
We are looking for someone who can eventually help run the Lab, organise people, build systems and make things happen.
This is not a conventional HR or administration job.
You will be exposed to business development, people management, training, operations, AI, digital tools and entrepreneurship.
Your Role
During the initial four months, you will learn and gradually take responsibility for:
- Organising and running the Training Lab
- Coordinating young trainees and team members
- Planning training programmes
- Recruiting Sales& Marketing personnel.
- Developing induction and training processes
- Understanding business operations
- Supporting NETIMPAKT implementation and promotion
- Customer and business communication
- Creating processes and systems
- Recruitment coordination and people development
- Preparing presentations, documents and training material
- Using AI to improve everyday business work
- Researching new opportunities and solutions
- Identifying problems and finding practical solutions
- Helping the team become more productive and professional
You will work closely with the technical/creative trainee and together you will build the capabilities required to operate the Lab.

A degree in Management, Commerce, Business, Engineering, Computer Applications, Psychology, Communications or a related field may be useful, but attitude and learning ability are more important than the degree.
The Bigger Opportunity
The first four months are a learning and proving period.
We expect you to progress from:
Learner → Coordinator → Trainer → Responsible Manager
You will be expected to gradually take ownership of people, processes and outcomes.
If you successfully demonstrate the required capability, commitment and responsibility, you will move into a Management Trainee position at ₹20,000 per month after four months.
The longer-term objective is for you to become one of the people who can help run the Lab, train young professionals and manage business operations.
We are not looking for someone who merely wants a job.
We are looking for someone who wants to become capable of running things.
Should have your own laptop and ready to join immediately.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
