Role:
- Handle customer coordination from Sales closure to Installation of Kitchens/Wardrobes
- Maintain CRM data, follow-ups & client communication
- Coordinate with sales, design & execution teams
- Manage customer queries, complaints & service requests
- Ensure smooth customer experience and timely updates
Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in CRM / coordination role
- Strong communication & follow-up skills
- Good command on Excel / CRM tools
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Experience in interior / modular kitchen industry preferred
- fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and understand English also
