We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our CADD Centre training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving student enrollments, and ensuring high-quality training services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations
Manage and lead faculty and administrative staff
Develop strategies to increase student admissions
Maintain strong relationships with students and clients
Ensure quality training and customer satisfaction
Handle sales targets and revenue growth
Monitor performance and prepare reports
Experience Required:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in branch management, education management, sales, or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
