Position: Junior Engineer

Reporting To: Senior Engineer / Project Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist senior engineers in site activities, quality control, measurements, documentation, and coordination to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and project execution.
- Monitor construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress reports (DPR), and project documentation.
- Verify measurements and maintain BOQ records.
- Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed at the site.
- Identify site issues and report them to the Senior Engineer.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with the purchase/store team.
- Attend site meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) when required.
- Support project planning to ensure timely completion of work.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and site execution.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects will be an added advantage.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
