Key Responsibilities
- Collect and validate manpower requisitions (RCDs) from department managers, ensuring a clear understanding of job expectations, required competencies, and non-negotiable hiring criteria.
- Prepare the Hiring ASK, identify deal breakers, and obtain necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders before initiating the hiring process.
- Design structured interview guides, assessment tools, and task-based evaluations aligned with the role's technical and behavioral requirements.
- Identify and finalize the most effective sourcing channels using a funnel-based recruitment strategy, including job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, campus hiring, and internal talent movement.
- Create and publish job postings, monitor applicant quality, and continuously optimize sourcing strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
- Screen resumes and job applications, evaluating candidates based on role requirements, mandatory skills, deal breakers, and organizational culture fit.
- Coordinate and manage candidate assessments and interview schedules while ensuring adherence to defined turnaround time (TAT) and delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate technical, functional, and management interview rounds with relevant stakeholders.
- Document interview feedback using standardized evaluation formats and provide hiring recommendations to the hiring manager.
- Manage background verification (BGV), reference checks, offer documentation, and all pre-joining formalities to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, hiring reports, candidate databases, and recruitment metrics to support effective hiring decisions and compliance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
