Job Description – Barista
Position: Barista – Café Operations
Location: Bhavnagar
Salary: ₹11,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages and other café products.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and café equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle billing/POS and maintain daily sales records.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Check stock and assist in inventory management.
- Support daily café opening, closing and routine operations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista / Café Staff preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates from Bhavnagar or nearby locations preferred.
