Job Overview
We are hiring a Sales Engineer (Python Django) who can handle both technical development and client interaction.
This is a hybrid role involving:
- Product demos and client communication
- Backend development and customization
You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in product growth and client success.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client Interaction
- Conduct product demos for doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Explain product features in a simple, clear way
- Support in closing deals via video calls
- Build trust with clients during onboarding
Technical (Python Django)
- Develop and maintain backend features using Python (Django)
- Customize product based on client requirements
- Fix bugs and support onboarding
- Work with APIs and databases
Product Contribution
- Gather client feedback
- Suggest improvements to product features
- Work closely with founder on execution
RequirementsTechnical Skills
- Python and Django (must have)
- Basic understanding of APIs and databases
- Deployment basics are a plus
Communication Skills
- Good spoken English
- Comfortable on video calls with clients
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Preferred Candidates
- Engineering graduates (CS/IT preferred)
- Candidates interested in both tech and client-facing roles
- Prior SaaS or healthcare exposure is a plus
