Job Opening – QC Engineer (Dish Ends Manufacturing)

Location: Karjan, Vadodara, Gujarat
Position: QC Engineer – Dish Ends ManufacturingKey Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspection of Dish Ends manufactured through Hot Forming, Cold Forming, and Spinning processes.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, IBR, ISO 9001, customer specifications, and approved quality standards.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, PI Tape, Radius Gauges, etc.
- Review Material Test Certificates (MTC), WPS/PQR, NDT reports, and quality documentation.
- Prepare inspection reports, Quality Records, NCRs, CAPA, and maintain traceability documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams to ensure quality compliance.
- Support customer inspections, third-party inspections, and quality audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control within Dish Ends, Pressure Vessels, Heavy Fabrication, or Process Equipment manufacturing.
- Sound knowledge of ASME, IBR, ISO 9001, Engineering Drawings, GD&T, and inspection techniques.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
