CNC Operator – Job Description
A CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce quality parts according to drawings and production requirements. The role includes monitoring machine performance, inspecting finished products, and following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
- Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Report machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow company safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
