We are seeking a dynamic result-oriented International Sales Associate to expand our global business in the FMCG sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling international clients, generating export sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in overseas markets.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, market understanding and the ability to manage international business operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities for FMCG products.
- Handle international customer inquiries quotations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong internationals with overseas distributions, importers, and clients
- Coordinate export documentation, shipping, and logistics processess
- Conduct international market research and competitors analysis.
- Follow up with international clients regarding order, payments, and order Requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and market updates.
- Participate in international fairs, exhibitions, and business meeting.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for timely order executions.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade policies.
- Maintain accurate client database and sales records.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Master's Degree

- Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- Knowledge of international markets and exports procedures
- Client handling and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of FMCG products and industry trends
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, and CRM tools

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in international sales/Export Sales/ FMCG Sales Prefered.
