As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will act as the bridge between various stakeholders, ensuring communication flows smoothly between the project team, clients, and other key stakeholders. Your role will require you to plan, organize, and execute projects while managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards.

Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Set milestones, timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication, task assignments, and high team morale. Facilitate collaboration and remove blockers for team members.

Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budget, forecast requirements, and monitor costs to stay within budgetary limits. Optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient use of available resources.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate or resolve them. Develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and management. Provide regular project updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.

Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field. (PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus)
