Your Role
As the Human Resources Manager, you'll work closely with leadership to attract, develop, and retain outstanding talent across all our business verticals. You'll play a strategic role in building high-performing teams while ensuring an exceptional employee experience from recruitment through career development.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business verticals.
- Hire professionals for Technology, Software Development, AI, Dairy Manufacturing, Production, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Administration, Customer Support, and Corporate Functions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, employee referrals, campus hiring, recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Strengthen B2infosoft Group's employer brand to attract top talent.
HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll support, and HR administration.
- Develop and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
- Plan employee engagement activities, recognition programmes, and team-building initiatives.
- Build initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Address employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Promote a culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Performance Management & Learning
- Drive the performance review process across departments.
- Work with managers to set clear goals and development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programmes.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Encourage continuous learning and career growth across the organisation.
HR Strategy & Analytics
- Track recruitment, retention, engagement, and workforce metrics.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
- Analyse HR data to improve hiring, employee retention, and organisational effectiveness.
- Recommend innovative HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience in hiring across IT, Manufacturing, FMCG, Sales, Operations, or corporate functions will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment strategies, and Indian labour laws.
- Experience with HRMS, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
