Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Display Concept Development
- Develop innovative retail display concepts based on client briefs.
- Convert ideas into practical, manufacturable display solutions.
- Balance creativity with functionality and commercial feasibility.
- Research international retail display trends and introduce new concepts.
2. Display Engineering
- Engineer structurally sound display units.
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications.
- Select suitable construction methods and hardware.
- Ensure displays are easy to assemble, transport and maintain.
3. Material Expertise
- Recommend the right materials for every project.
- Maintain knowledge of MDF, plywood, acrylic, metal, aluminium, PET/PVC, corrugated board, foam board, LEDs, printing, powder coating, laminates and hardware.
- Continuously introduce new materials and technologies.
4. Prototype Development
- Own prototype planning and execution.
- Coordinate with vendors for prototype development.
- Validate functionality, finish, strength and manufacturability.
- Drive improvements before mass production.
5. Vendor Development
- Build and maintain a strong network of fabrication vendors.
- Identify new suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Evaluate vendor capability, quality, pricing and turnaround time.
- Negotiate technical and commercial requirements.
6. Costing & Engineering
- Prepare BOMs and technical costing.
- Recommend cost optimisation without compromising quality.
- Support commercial teams during estimation.
7. Technical Execution Support
- Support production during manufacturing.
- Resolve technical issues during fabrication and installation.
- Review critical projects before dispatch.
8. Client Interaction
- Present display concepts and engineering solutions to clients.
- Explain material choices, costing implications and prototype recommendations.
- Represent Redma as the technical expert during key meetings.
9. Process Improvement & Innovation
- Develop engineering standards and SOPs.
- Create material and hardware libraries.
- Introduce innovative construction methods and display mechanisms.
- Share technical knowledge with internal teams.

Preferred Experience
8–15 years of experience in retail display manufacturing, POSM, shopfitting, visual merchandising, exhibition structures or retail fixture development.

Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
